Alpacalets® Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Alpacalets®. Each bracelet is handcrafted with care, and small variations in color and texture are part of its natural charm. That said, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Replacements

• We will gladly replace any bracelet if the clasp becomes unglued within 30 days of purchase.
• Simply send us a photo and your order details, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective items.
• If you received the wrong size or color, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the bracelet is unworn and in original condition.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
